This goal used to be called “lose twenty pounds” and I just edited it, because I’m getting more fit, I’ve lost inches around my waist, I like my body shape more, but my weight hasn’t gone down. So now I want to improve the shape of my butt and thighs. When I’m happier with that area, I will have achieved this goal, even if I still weigh the same.

Ok, it’s been more than a year. I haven’t looked at this web site in a long time.
I exercise daily, and I’ve kept up my good food habits like eating more fibre, drinking skim milk, and avoiding fast food and pop. My weight has dipped as low as 161 lbs (for one day it was 159.5 once, and bounced up again). When I started exercising more, my weight went up, which indicates to me that I’m gaining muscle, not fat. Also my shape appears to be improving.
My weight is currently 169 lbs. Possibly I should cancel this goal and replace it with one based on body shape.
I tried starving myself a few months ago and I lost weight. Now I’m going for the healthy root…or diet pills.
I started trying to lose weight last October. I cut out pop, switched to skim milk, started exercising three times a week. I think I eat less fast food, and I definitely eat more fibre and fruit now. I’m trying to drink more water.
I haven’t lost any weight so far (it’s been four months). I now weigh 172 lbs, and I want to weigh 150 lbs. I originally gave myself a year, so I have until next October.
Hopefully if I keep up good habits, I’ll start losing weight eventually.
