Who is disciplined? Take a moment and really think about a figure that you know of who is REALLY disciplined. It’s tougher then you think. Why? because becoming disciplined is tough.
Some people come about it easily. They are naturally ingrained to finish the things that they start.
But if you’re someone like me… you’re twenty years old and you’ve never finished anything in your life: GOOD LUCK!
I don’t even know where to begin on this subject. I can not picture myself staying the course. I have ALWAYS given up. I’ve got a buttload of “Quit” in me.. and I’ve no idea how to get rid of it all. I know NOTHING about what it’s like to be disciplined.
Considering the small amount of people who have tagged this as one of their 43 things… maybe I’m one of the only ones.
Oh… what to do, what to do.

So it all flew out the window once I started moving into my new place. All I was obsessing about since then is painting my place, decorating, fixing things etc. Plus I had been working quite a bit.
Oh well, not putting myself down over this!
Started going to the gym again on Wednesday, started eating healthy again, I am still not smoking, which is excellent, have to work on getting up early though…
But I already feel my energy coming back!

Living at my old place again for two weeks until I can move into my new one.
Just got up now, it’s now 8.11AM. I have trouble getting up here. Yesterday I slept until 9.30AM. I have to be careful not to fall back into old habits. There’s something about this place that makes me want to sleep late…

So far, so good.
Been to the gym today, didn’t go over the weekend or the last two days, but that’s perfectly fine, since the weekend was off and the last two days I’ve been working late.
And there’s one thing I don’t want to do and that’s being really really strict and stubborn about it, ‘cause that’s just going to the other extreme and then I’ll stop again. I have to find the middle ground here, balance.
Haven’t smoked since Day 1.
Have been eating more or less healthy, depending on the situation and if I was able to.
I could be a bit more strict on things that I have to do… Just take it step by step, step by step…
The getting up earlier part is coming on excellent!

Had a plan today of things to do and roughly placed them in a time frame of when to do them. Worked out well.
Still not smoking.
Been to the gym.
Eating healthy.
Will not have such a strict plan over the weekend, since I’m meeting up with… But there are some things that I want to do over the weekend.

Stopped smoking today.
Started eating healthy.
Went to the gym.
So far so good for day 1. Now I have to get it incorporated into a daily routine. That’s where my discipline lies. I have to make myself a daily plan that more or less has the same pattern and follow that plan.
So the next few days, I’m gonna feel out what feels right and good and do-able and get started.
