How I did it: I bought it. It was legal here in Holland. Now the government made it illegal (feb.2009). It's still legal to grow them here but it moved to the illegal market, which is messed up. Be safe, be smart.

People always read about religous experiences but everybody can have
one.

Doubts? dont take them. It must be your choice and your choice only. Dont let your friends convince you to do it, it must be your choice and be smart about it.

Lessons & tips: Magic mushrooms are not addictive or hazardous to your health, BUT:

-Under 17? Wait..

-Only take them if you think you're a sober, intellectual/smart and confident person.

-If you think you are not ready for mushrooms and want to try something safer, try Salvia leaves (5x - 10x) on a low dose to experience a mild psychadelic experience. It's not comparable with mushrooms tho.

-Always take a few days beforehand to search the internet on information about the subject. You
will feel much more relaxed and confident. This
will actually help improve your trip a lot.

-Do it safe. You are about to open your third eye, which can make
your regular perception a bit different. It's like opening a door to
another world, and this door will close in about 7 to 10 hours. Start
off with small doses. Do it in a safe location and with people you trust (for instance;
your room with your best friend). If it's your first time, have a
'sitter', a sober friend or person of trust that can look after you if
you need anything, and which makes it less scary. Put on some chilled out
music, get some drinks ready and make your environment comfertable. Loose all sharp objects and close windows. "If you think you can fly, why dont you start from the ground first" (or stop mixing mushrooms with cocaine you junkie)

-Mushrooms are not a party drug, dont use them in public places or you will have a bad time. Who wants a bad time? Never do themon the streets in Amsterdam. If you have no place to chill, inside some smartshops such as Kokkopelli Smartshop you can relax and do mushrooms, they have all the know how.

-NEVER EVER mix it with Alcohol, Chocolate or any toxic harddrugs. I really suggest you stay off that crap overall. If it's not naturally growing in the forests, dont take it. Take the mushrooms on their own an empty stomach. If the taste is too horrible for you, wash it down with some apple juice.

-Don't fight
the mushroom. Let it work with your body and mind. Dont be afraid and respect it. If you really have to puke, just do it, it will make you feel better afterwords and you can begin your trip. Most of the time puking resembles a cleansing process or the bad things in your life that need to get out.

you follow these rules nothing will go bad. Especially follow the one about searching up info on the internet. I have provided some great links.
