on 15th ave east not only has a great selection of beers on tap, but hands down, the BEST soup in the entire city.

I’ve heard that the Hopvine at 507 15th Ave E in Seattle has some of the best soups in Seattle. The soup chef at the Hopvine published a book called S.O.U.P.S (Seattle’s Own Undeniably Perfect Soup). I can confirm that the one recipe that I’ve cooked so far was excellent. It was the Green Chile Corn Chowder. There are a good number of vegetarian recipes in the book as well. Anyways, I’ve got to make it over there sometime.
