Im 22 y/o and im the freakest skinniest guy in the world. I weight between 108-112lbs(about b/w49~51Kg) and Im 5’10”(about180cm) tall! I do Bikram hot yoga about 3,4days a week. I really don’t eat that much. I only had dinner today, and im going to bed now. I guess I had 600 calories tho. I usually eat less than 1000calories.(kcal?anyway…) I do wanna gain my weight, but I really dont know if I can get weight because i sometimes think “omg, I got fat.. I have to lose!” because Im used to this body. Anyway, I’ll try to get my weight.

I lost about 9 pounds in 2 weeks. I was just frustrated and stressed about so many things that I lost apetite. I went to the doctors today and sure enough, they said I was underweight. I weigh 91 pounds. It did freak me out a little because I feel fine. So now my goal is to gain atleast 15 pounds. I don’t know how, maybe a lot of Starbucks and Spagehtti!
Now I weight 49 kilos, I took my weight like a month ago, and I was 49!!
I hope I’ll get to 52 soon, I want to see how I look.
Ok, So I noticed i am skinny, becuase I don’t eat three times a day!! Sometimes i don’t eat EVERYDAY.
There was a brief time when i did, and i was very normal and good-looking healthy. So my reminder is for eating THREE times a day. No exceptions.
I’m currently 1.69m and with a weight around the 47 kilos. I want to get to 52 kilos.
A person who is 6’4 needs to weigh at least 152 lbs. Unfortunately, I’m a little taller than that, and weigh about 15 lbs less. I guess these next couple of months I’ll be researching how to gain weight and hopefully adding some poundage, I can’t remember a time I wasn’t really tall and skinny. Whatever, 20 pounds over a few months should work out, but I think I’ll be doing a little reading first.
I’m 4 pounds away from my ideal weight! :) I was about 16 pounds under.
I just gained another pound so only 3 to go! :)
