I’m usually bored, especially since I’m new and haven’t been trained to do much yet. I read the NYTimes every day online, and there are some really cool articles out there!

Since I stopped getting the post and newspaper ink turns everything black and I’m on my laptop 14 hours a day anyway, I adjusted this goal to:
“Read the news more”
With the help of my Personalized Google Homepage, I selected widgets that were strickly news- CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, FoxNews, etc. Since they were in my face every day, it was hard NOT to accomplish this goal. Now, it’s a habit.
I consider it done.
I have been reading the paper and checking out NPR online….plus watching the news from time to time. I can call this done…especially since school is here.
We got a free subscription to the Wenatchee paper for the week. That totally rocks and I love having the paper in the house again. Once school starts back up I will read all the local and national papers again.
Leah is starting fresh
I’ve been reading the NY Times online nearly every day I’m on a computer, listening to NPR, and reading the Dallas News whenever my parents get it.
I feel more in touch, like I kinda maybe know whats going on in the world a little bit. Not that I actually understand...but I guess that is a different goal.
I have been reading more news stuff online…NPR and the New York Times. Sometimes it’s a lttle easier since the only newspapers we get out here feature rural/local news. I still browse the local papers at school on M/W.
I have been going to the library every morning during class breaks and reading all the headlines of the local newspapers.
