ride my motorcycle more

I have too many hobbies right now! I hardly have time to ride my bike :( I’m making an effort to change this!

I love it, but I’d rather spend time with my dog or spouse outside when it’s nice out, now that we bought a house I have so many projects I want to do there’s no time to ride. All the gear is too damn hot too, no matter what I buy. Plus my RSI makes my hands go numb. etc etc. Probably going to sell the bike.

First day on the road, and sorry I missed all the terrific weather this past week, but I had to work. Now, I’ve got 6 days off, so going to make the most of it.

Last year..2 or 3 rides..This year I’ve gotta make the time to hit the road..

Yes, it only needed a newly charged battery and a little warmer weather.

I haven’t even run the thing all winter, and I get conflicting advice on what to do about that. It sits in an unheated garage all winter, and last November after I put it away, I lost my keys for a long time. (Do you know how hard it is to get keys from Honda?) Finally found them, but the battery was dead. Charged thebattery, but still can’t get it started.
Saw some guy riding last weekend. It’s cold here – actually really freezing, and there he was on Bloor Street, but the bike died as he had to slow down to avoid someone,and then he couldn’t get it started. It’s hard to think positively about winter lasting so long.

Went camping / riding over the weekend to Ocotillo Wells, in Southern California. It was a blast.

Finally! Going riding this weekend out at Ocotillo with the KLR650. Camping Friday night then riding Saturday… pics to come soon!

I can’t wait until I can drive/ride again… I just love the feeling of being on a bike.
