slide down a slide

I’ve slid down slides at parks. Used to have a slide in our garden as a kid too, attached to a climbing frame (until me and my sister were too big for it). Slides are fun, though. I actually slid down a small one about a week ago, in a fun house at a fun fair.

At Makutu’s Island, they have this banana slide. My son always wanted me to go down with him, him lying on me. I always came flying out of that thing on my back. Thought I was going to hurt myself. He always laughed and had fun.

Hopefully now he can do it himself without mommy.

I did this a lot as a kid. I’ve been down a few water slides as well. Sometimes I have gone down a slide to make sure it was safe for my kids (had to test it you know).

this is pretty much my favorite thing to do, ever.

i love slides…i think even more now than i did when i was young…when you go to funparks and slide down the big slides…so much fun. I always used to be afraid as a kid.FOr anyone going to canberra, go to the Questacon science centre and slide down the drop slide there, its awesome. About a half a secon of freefall then a perfectl engineered slide so you just lide down. Its really freaky at the top though.

it used to be so much fun :) I loved waterslides too :) except I was always scared of the urban legend that somebody once put razor blades in the waterslides. ouch!
