How to do the activia 14 day challenge
How I did it: There's really not a long story about this. I ate the yogurt every morning for 2 weeks. Sometimes I ate it before bed, but either way it was just a small container once a day. That's all there is to it!
Lessons & tips: I'll be honest with you. I personally think Activia is overpriced, but depending upon the person, you need what works for you. For me, I got the same results drinking two quarts of water a day. I read a book called The Water Cure (great read, small book) and it suggested dividing your weight in half and that's how many ounces of water one should drink daily. I did it and like clockwork every single morning by the time I was finished my first cup of coffee, I had to go. Stomach was flat as a board, I had more energy and felt fantastic. The same as I did when I did the Activia challenge. So, if you'd rather pay for the product, like yogurt more than water or just want to try it, go ahead. It works. You might find you get very mild stomach cramps, but again, add a little more water to your diet and it's no big deal. It's worth the try just to see how good you can feel.

hi i am new at this and i am hopeing it works, but some one please answer my question, do you just eat a activa yogart a day and nothing else all day for 14 day? and does it have to be active?

Day one is fine no difference
Day two everything came out quickly and nice… no gas
today is day 3 i plan to drink the last drink we have and go buy more of them i haven’t tried the yogert yet either.. only 1 a day! thus far. and it’s cheaper then redbul

I have heard some of the horror stories. but i’m over 25 and would love a healthier digestive system. so in two weeks i’ll let you know if the horror stories are true.. i just know that some people are sensitive to yogert in general. lucky for me i’m not.

Started two days ago. Have been eating one or two every day. Smoothies are helping. No results yet.
I’be been trying to loose weight, I’m dieting and working out. The process is slow, I’ll loose one week then gain some back the next week, it’s getting aggrivating at this point. I just want to be at a healthy weight and feel better about myself. Hope this works.

I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THE RESULTS (F ANY). I HAD A BABY 8 MONTHS AGO AND I NEED TO LOSE 10LBS TO GO BACK TO THE WAY I WAS BEFORE GETTING PREGNANT. I’M GOING TO THE GYM AS WELL. EATING YOUGURT ALONE WON’T WORK (I THINK).

While on the challenge, do you only eat 1 yogurt per day and nothing else? Or do you eat a meal and then a yogurt? I am not sure. Help…
