save enough money for travelling

We’ve got all our accommodation booked and paid for… other than London and Rome (only about 10 days worth there) and flights… and $4000 towards food so far.

Crap. I think we’ve done it!

I was just made permanent at the media house I’ve been freelancing with.

So that means… we’ve started saving for white / european Christmas!!

omgosh. So exciting.

The thing is, i’ve had to proritise this goal which is very important to me. Eventually i KNOW that i will be able to save up and go travelling in the future.

I havent really given up on this. I just want to use my challenge for something that i have proritised in my head and on here…

....now that I’m back studying again I’ve had to shuffle my priorities. It’s all good :)

Well i went SHOPPING and spent money… im kinda pissed that i did coz i was meant 2 be a srious penny pincher…
Wow.
I still have a majority in my savings…
just my fone and internet bill and travel card to come out of THAT… hmm

Coz i went North Carolina for my 21st birthday in feb…

Tranfering money from current to savings…

you guessed it … TODAY.

I also make sure my drivin lessons are straight after work so i canNOT go late night shoppin :D

Ive been working for almost 5 months at my job – it is now Feb. I have to start from scratch coz i went to the states in December….

I cant get a stupid student gap year account… oh well

I have a an instant savings account
but i want 2 be more strict in saving where i cannot touch it so…

i will open a Regular Saver 2
account with my bank.

I will save £750 a month when i start my new job next week monday!

Just got a full time permenant job today so i’ll have a regular income so i can immediantely save money through a direct debit going into my savings account for travelling and my savings account :D
