I feel that I am a good exerciser. I make it a point to exercise at least 4 times a week but I fear that I am concentrating too much on cardio because I don’t quite have the tone that I would like. I am looking into trying a muscle enhancer of some sort (not steriods hee hee). An all-natural one that might boost my muscle tone. Any suggestions?

I do 50 pushup and 300 crunches a night. Sometimes I create a right angle with my legs and lean against a wall (so that I am ‘sitting’ against the wall). This builds lots of muscle in the legs. I also occassionally do ‘leg-ups’ and stuff like that.
