Write more thank you notes

I met love when I met you.
Oct 27, 2000. The first time i saw you.
My life would never be the same after that day.
Stuck at first sight-
And you become mine.
Wow, to be 15 and love from the depths, and have someone love you the same.
And then add our unique situation.
I truly had the greatest first love in having you and I am so thankful to still have you in my life.
Thank you for introducing me to passionate love,
because now I can never settle for a substitute.
Thank you for teaching me to love and be loved equally.
Having had a relationship with you,
makes me so much more committed and faithful to the now.
Thank you, and I wish a love to you that captures you the same way we were captivated back then.
Child-like, wild, trusting love.
It can exist even now in adulthood.

Each of you 21 is rare. A blessing an unexpected education. During the time that I had you each become a memeber of my family. Thru all of the highs and lows, ups and downs. From Breakfast to dinner and all of the moments between. We shared all. And we came out smiling. You are each unique and strong and have so much to offer to this world. As distance and time may grow between some of us, memories create our present and the memories are blessed. Keep changing the world, by just being you. Remember St. Vincent. Remember our team. Remember evreything. And smile because it really was real. We really did have paradise. I love you all, and thank you once again.

I can never thank you enough for coming into my life and painting it with love and belief in the soul. How I met kindness and gentleness when I met you. You truly cared for all and were a modern servent of love. Anna, by just being yourself you showed me how to be a better me, and how to make this a better place for all. Every single moment I had with you I am grateful for. There is not one bad memory or one regret. All I would wish would be for more time. Thank you for sharing time with me. An Angel went home when you left this earth.

I am so pleased with this goal…I wrote a truck load of thank you notes 0n Jan. 4 and I wrote three more this week. I hope to keep this up. I bought a few packs of pretty note cards from Target and I think this has helped.

I wrote two today. YEAH! One for a Christmas gift…and one for some flowers sent to me. I still want to write a few thank yous for other things than gifts.

Wrote 17 thank you notes in one night and mailed them out! Yipee! It felte great. I want to keep this up!

My last quarter at school was intense and there were some projects that really stressed me out, being as I was in a position of more responsibility. At the very end, people came through to help and I was very grateful. I believe in showing my appreciation so I made goody bags for everyone and wrote thank you cards for about half the people that helped make it happen.

And what I loved was that everyone who got a package was very happy and appreciative…it’s so corny but really, I saw their smiles just light up. (Everyone loves gifts, hehehehe. Even if it’s just a package of cookies.)

And if I hadn’t done this, one of the people wouldn’t have offered to write a referral for me in the future. Not to say she wouldn’t have done it if I had asked, but she actually offered first, so that was extremely awesome. And she’s in a position of a lot of respect at the campus, so that’s even better.

I love the Internet and the ease of e-mail, but a handwritten note says so much! I love getting handwritten thank you notes from people (the unique handwriting, the beauty of the card, the sincereity of the message). I hate my handwriting, so I write simple notes. I want to let go of my ugly handwriting issue and send more notes to people I care about and thank them for their kindness over the past year or more. I love to purchase pretty note cards for mailing but I simple collect them and send so few. I want to write TEN handwritten (more than three sentence) notes to friends, family, and neighbors.
