Write more thank you notes

I am often overwhelmed by the good-ness of the people with whom I have the privilege of working every day. Recently, one of my contacts sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers to thank me for my hard work. After the accident, another dropped by the office with dinner for me to take home to my husband. Another dear woman provides a wonderful sounding board for me on more days than I can count! I thank them all often but I feel like I do not thank them enough. So, the other day, I picked up a package of note cards (because all of my stationery is packed away) and I have written a thank you note to each of these wonderful people. I am going to keep this box of notecards by my desk and will begin addressing this long-neglected goal on a regular basis.

Including a gushing one to a life loving friend who has been incredibly directly supportive of my new business venture.

Sent two thank you for coming to my party… notes out in the mail yesterday. Wrote them on my own hand made note cards, left over from my old card making business :) Going to write some more this afternoon. Nothing like a hand written letter of appreciation to round off the feelings of goodwill!

I received a thank you note yesterday from a friend I had invited to a barbecue a couple of weeks ago. It was so unexpectedly lovely that I have added this to my list.

I bought some thank you cards a while back so I have NO excuses to not be able to do this.

How nice to brighten someone’s day like mine was brightened.

Each of you 21 is rare. A blessing an unexpected education. During the time that I had you each become a memeber of my family. Thru all of the highs and lows, ups and downs. From Breakfast to dinner and all of the moments between. We shared all. And we came out smiling. You are each unique and strong and have so much to offer to this world. As distance and time may grow between some of us, memories create our present and the memories are blessed. Keep changing the world, by just being you. Remember St. Vincent. Remember our team. Remember evreything. And smile because it really was real. We really did have paradise. I love you all, and thank you once again.

I can never thank you enough for coming into my life and painting it with love and belief in the soul. How I met kindness and gentleness when I met you. You truly cared for all and were a modern servent of love. Anna, by just being yourself you showed me how to be a better me, and how to make this a better place for all. Every single moment I had with you I am grateful for. There is not one bad memory or one regret. All I would wish would be for more time. Thank you for sharing time with me. An Angel went home when you left this earth.

I am so pleased with this goal…I wrote a truck load of thank you notes 0n Jan. 4 and I wrote three more this week. I hope to keep this up. I bought a few packs of pretty note cards from Target and I think this has helped.

I wrote two today. YEAH! One for a Christmas gift…and one for some flowers sent to me. I still want to write a few thank yous for other things than gifts.
