See paris again

But I do. I miss Paris and would love to go back there. I loved even just wandering around and picking up fresh bread at little local bakeries. I loved the architecture and the narrow alleyways. I love how the Eiffel Tower sparkles and want to see it again in person. I’d even brush up on my French!

Today I would like nothing better than being part of the bustle of Parisian food shopping. I would like to be armed with a day’s supply of sea-salted caramels and I would dip into shops here and there for breads and saucisses, jams and vins ontueux. Then I would wend my way to drink a steaming cup of chocolate at Angelina’s. Quel reve.

...I can think of no better place to be than in little shops filled with abundance and surrounded by the curious beauty of Parisian life.
I am thinking of a snow-globe from Laduree I once saw; it had a pyramid of macarons and was charming beyond belief. I would like to be buying one today, taking it home in a festively wrapped box tied with ribbon.

A new list of Paris musts is being written. It’s mostly food and art- but then again, so is Paris.
