mariknew is getting ready for VIA ready brew
I’m about to start my first steps to completing my coffee masters training.
How I did it: It was not easy, because I don't drink Coffee at all. But it was so fun making Coffee Tastings with my baristas and Costumers. I'm not doing anymore because I wanna have more time for myself now. But I already have 3 Baristas who are interested. :)

I’m about to start my first steps to completing my coffee masters training.
I was searching for the Nuova Simonelli Master Coffee Espresso maker and found this. It sounds really cool but I’m not sure how to do it. Can someone please tell me? My public email is b011381@aol.com Thanks!!

I have been a Barista for about 7 months now and I am currently about to start my Coffee Master training program. I am already read a lot of the coffees in the Coffee and Tea Resource Manual and I find it very interesting. I tried Sun-Dried Sidamo and this was the first coffee I could taste a flavor notes to, and this lead to my interest in coffee. I quickly finished my coffee passport, and talked to my assistant manager/manager about completing my coffee master. If you are interested, you can always start by doing at least 1 or 2 coffee samples a shift. Go to work 20 minutes early and get one done, or when you have 5 minutes of down time. Also, if anyone has any questions, do not hesitate to send me a message.

It takes significantly less than a year to be ready for this. I decided to commit to this one day, and a week later I was in my black apron. Although I can’t vouch for how redeeming it is in the end, it always feels good to accomplish something I commit to. At least I look more special, I guess!
