im 115 pounds, i want to loss some whight because i fell fat, even though everyone tells me im alright, but i want to do what makes me happy and thats being 100 pounds.

I have been exercising for over a month and trying to eat better, but no weight lost so far. I think I still eat too many calories. Also since I work nights it is challenging to eat right. Working at night gets me all mixed up sometimes! I’ll keep working on this…I only have a couple more years before my metabolism really starts to slow down!



Total Lifestyle Change 2 years ago

If you ever want to be successful at losing 5-10 pounds, you will have to make this a complete lifestyle change. I run a few times a week, go to the gym usually once (twice if I can squeeze it in) and I am eating a lot healthier. I got rid of my old habits, like eating as soon as I got home from school and not getting off my butt for the rest of the night. Now I really look at what is in my food and what it will do to me. Running has also really inspired me. I am even hoping to do a half-marathon soon. Hopefully along the way you will find something you really enjoy and stick to it like I am :) Good luck!

I am 5’2 and started off the summer at 120 pounds. I am now 115 pounds but I am not happy because I am not skinny I still have pudgyness on my stomach, legs and upper arms. I’m going for 110 and if I’m not happy there I’m going down all the way to 100, hopefully before the summer is over :’(

I recently gained like 8 pounds out of the blue but then I realized I had cut down on the time i had been playing basketball so hopefully when school ball starts back up I will start losin it or else i am goin on a diet till i weigh between 125-130 again I weigh 137 right now ( I am roughly 5’10)



Seven is the key number 2 years ago

I’m up to about 132, and I want to get back down to 125. It’s not that I think I’m fat, I just know that I’ve put on some weight, and it’s not muscle. If I start lifting and lose fat but gain muscle, I don’t care if I’m not 125, but I know the weight that I’ve gained isn’t making me rock solid! :) I want my body to be in the best condition it can be. A couple of years ago my body fat measurement was 10%, and I weighed about what I do now, but I would hate to even get it measured now because I was so much more muscular and lean then. I probably won’t weigh myself again for another couple of weeks, just to give my body a little bit of time to trim up.

I think the best way to lose weight is to play sports. I was 120 at the begining of the summer (im 5’). I went to cheer camp for 4 weeks and at the end of the summer i was 110 then when school started i made the volleyball team and now i am 98 pounds!!!
