I just got my first job about a month ago as a waitress. So there is your paycheck plus tips. Unlike more teenage girl I didn’t spend a dime! I put all my tips in a jar and all my pay checks in my savings and in one month I make $537!

ok I’ve hit on a $500 balance in my savings account, twice (loan refunds). It just doesn’t stay that way as long as I’d like. I usually have about $100, rather $10-20 last year, idling for a few weeks at a time. its progress…a sign of better money skills? I spend alot (I think) on takeout each week: I have to actually sit down and calulate it exactly but I spend like $15-20 twice a week on takeout. Mind you, with a bare cuppard and SodexHo prices on campus, it’s likely it comes out even, right :P

that’s what i’ve got, which is ok… except that i don’t really have a steady source of income at the moment. that’s nice and frustrating.

I have about $300 in my bank account right now. It makes me really sick because over a year ago I had like $1200 (from my job and graduation money). WHAT HAPPENED? Seriously, I don’t know. My parents pay for most everything because I’m still a big baby, so it seems impossible to spend all of that money. Oh well! If I ever start working for real this goal should be pretty easy. I’m saving up to move out and get married! Yay.
