Learn how to banter

My boyfriend wants me to learn how to banter, because he loves it and usually I don’t know what to say next… sometimes I say something really funny or even “agressive” which takes the fun away, according to him. I find myself a clever person, but for some reason I freeze whenever I have to do this with him (maybe it’s because his 200 IQ and my ego all together).
However I’m eager to learn this… any insights?

instaed of taking jokes seriously, i want to learn how to talk back and not stay shut. itll help me relax more and not b so sensitive!

learn to improve

words just fell out of my mouth, I think mainly because the cunning bar man decided not to tell me that he was giving me cheeky doubles, ahhh the little minx and well to be frank me and Lucyann rocked, well I didn’t rock but I did sway a little on the second half when I lost all my banter because I’d used it up in the first bit. But most importantly of course that we both wore posh frocks unfortunately I have no pictures you’ll just have to take my word for it but we looked great and once I take over the world with a UKE it’ll be even grander I already have 3 yes 3 collectives wanting to sign me up… the fools if only they knew how rubbish I’m going to be ha!

I’m compering a night soon and I need some sort of silly ditties or stories, but not jokes…no I can’t pull jokes off, something witty or topical, it comes natural to some but I’m so rusty I’m worried I’ll forget how to speak or breath or something.
