Although my interest in karate is dwindling I’m still working on it. Despite the injured wrist I passed the 3. kyu yesterday evening. I guess I’m just not ready to quit yet!

About two weeks ago I passed my 4th kyu exam which means I’m an orange belt. How do I feel about it? Well good! I’m not as excited anymore but it feels good having earned the right to wear an orange belt.

I started training traditional Shotokan about 5 months ago and I’m now an 8th Kyu. My goal is to keep studying karate as a fighting art, a philosophy and a way of life.
