Not happening. I’m taking it off.
How I did it: I did this during a very difficult, transitional time in my life when focusing and concentrating did not come easy. I found a community education meditation class being offered. Being in a class gave me the added motivation to really sit still, focus, and meditate not just during the class but outside of class. Though it was really difficult, it helped me to slow down and center myself so I could better deal with everything going on.

this is of course not a very good time to put this goal on my list. I mean, most courses are now ending. But I will put it on to keep myself reminded to register for a course starting in September.
I signed up to a meditation and Buddhism course today. Really looking forward to it, I’m excited about moving forward with my practice.

I have started a meditation course in Raja Yoga. I must persist and attend all the classes for the whole month of the course.

Glad that I did. I spent 8 days at Wat RamPoeng, Chiang Mai Thailand. I learnt so much. It was a turning point for me when I realised that I need to stop and treasure/appreciate my mind, my body. Before the course, I was scared that meditation would take off my outgoingness, extrovertness. But i was afraid for nothing. I am glad that I learn the simple truth: happiness is from inside.
I am planning to take a 10 day meditation retreat in Thailand. Do not know what it will take me to but hopefully I will have a tool to better aware of my self.
