i’m pleased to say i did this and it was really helpful. i got some very useful and great feedback, and it was encouraging to see some of the improvements from the last time i did this exercise. i’m using the comments and input to work on my management skills.

i’ve started this process, and am just waiting to get the feedback from everyone now. i did this a few years ago and found it really valuable so i’m looking forward to getting my results this time.
