10lbs and i’m there, i’ve got the willpower and the methods to do it, just want to have the safety that I am not chubby! A bmi of 19 would prove me that so I can move on and improve myself in other ways.

I’m 5’4.5”, 119 lbs. I used to be really skinny but gained a lot of weight in college ugh. I have now lost 21 lbs! I really only have to lose another pound to have a BMI under 20 (19.9) but I’d like to lose like 4 more lbs.
I have always been skinny.
My BMI is anywhere between 16.3 and 16.8 on any given day.

Right now I’m at 20.5, and feel disgusting.
I am 131 lbs (atleast last time I check) and 5’7”.
Right now, my STGW is 121, and LTGW is 111.
I’m sure I’ll want to lose more after that, but whatever, I just need to focus on losing again, it’s been forever since I’ve lost weight, and I miss the feeling.

i think that by having this goal, i’m putting unnecessary pressure on myself and alienating myself from my boyfriend (who thinks i’m crazy for obsessing about my weight). i have a healthy weight, i’m slender (139 lbs) and 5’9, so i don’t think i need to pressure myself. when i do, i eat really unhealthily. so i’m crossing this off my list and i’m going to adopt healthy nutritional changes and perhaps an exercise plan instead.
I love having a BMI of 18.5. I’ve never been over 20, thank goodness. Here are my tips: Drink lots of water when you eat. Eat less fat. Drink lots of unsweet tea…
