ever since I saw a “Starting Over” episode where they talked about the LENSES we see our lives thru and if we Clear out/Feel those residual feelings~we will be able to see the World AS iT IS. NOT, as WE aRE…......... I have LOVED this idea. I am DEFinately DOing this in my life. My “glasses” are still quite smudged on One side tho’ !!

I practice the FEELING of no baggage. In Visualization etc…
It’s a GOOOd feeling to have.
