I’ve changed my gym routine around a bit so Im going to see how I feel after 2 straight weeks of following it and eating better. Hopefully I will see some results around the middle. =)

Im already pretty active (gym, hooping, belly dance) but my eating habits are what kill me and it definitely shows in my midsection. My waistline is currently 36inches, my goal is to get to 28inches. Not matter how active I am my waistline always seems to stay stuck around 35 and 36inches so Im going to change my eating habits (i.e. eat healthier) and see if it makes a difference in my results.
Im going to try and achieve this in 8 weeks! =)
I have a nice figure except for my stomach and waistline. I have 3 beautiful daughters, 19, 16, and 4. Now it’s time for me to start living for me. I want to feel good about myself always, but my midsection is stressing me out. HELP!!!!
I’m going to the gym four times a week now. Weight training to build some lean muscle and at least 30 minutes of cardio every day.
I have also given up soda, and sugared drinks.
