update my will

Found great info at: http://www.nolo.com/. There were helpful articles, and I ended up buying two eBooks. I have a lot of documentation to track down and put into one place. One step at a time.

Moved to a new state and have not updated any of my legal stuff.

Who writes these things anyway? Damn lawyers! (Just kidding, my dad is a lawyer and he did it for me… but still.) Is that what they learn in lawyer school, to make really mindblowing run-on sentences?

But pretty much everything in it has changed… so it’s time to update this bad boy.

am fragile was a good one for this goal. I’m planning on being here a very long time but we are never sure.

Get a life insurance policy to cover any funeral expenses, etc. The one thing we know for sure is we don’t leave here alive so there is no reason to leave a financial burden for my children.

She signed her will today. So now our son is taken care of in our wills and this goal is completed 28/07/08/.

I signed my will today. She had some problems and will have to sign hers on Monday. The wills will be then updated and this goal completed.

I have made an appointment for the final updating of my will. She will sign hers shortly. So hopefully by the end of the week this goal will be completed.
