The tape moved! And I exhaled on the scale for a .25 loss. The BMI amount did not move. It’s ok. I didn’t say before, but at one time I had a BMI of 51.8!

I am fat and diabetic and I am doing something about it!

To be in control of Diabetes, for a woman the waist should be at least under 34; so got 14 inches to go there. Makes all the difference in the BMI so I can watch this too! For my age group, I should be 26.3 or under. Need to drop 16 points! Just looked I need to weigh 146. Guess I will be hanging around here a long time! I weigh 235.25 now. Hey, that is ok I used to weigh 288 once.

We took my dog to the vet last week and my dad and I hopped on the scale while we were waiting for the doctor. Well, we didn’t literally hop on it—wouldn’t want to break it. But if that scale was correct, I now have a healthy BMI! I’ll wait until I have my doctor’s appointment later to say I acheived this goal, but at any rate.

160 days into this process and things are going well. I started at 41.8 (ouch!) and just reached 35.8. I have an intermediate goal of 30 by 17-Sep-08. Target for 25 is 13-Jan-2009. It’s going to be a great year!

Lost alot of weight in the last year. Was 16.5 stone, now am 11.10 stone. Ideal should be 10 stone, max 10.5.

So heres to the last stone and half!!!!

I have not dieted. Just eating sensibly and exercising!!
