six months of working out…no real losses or gains. odd. i probably made it his job, not mine! OK I DID! Going to stop working out with him because I see it now as his job – not mine! lol.
i can run more, and longer. i have stamina. i have had set-backs and injuries, but overall i am in good health. I am in this zone – the dilemma is staying here.

My BMI is now 26.6, so it’s dropping! I’m about 10 lbs. away from the upper end of my healthy BMI goal. I’ve been working hard to stick with healthy eating, 10,000 steps and getting enough sleep. It’s working!!

My BMI is now 27.8, so it’s dropped slightly. Not terrible considering I broke my foot and wasn’t able to exercise for 4 weeks. I’m working hard now to achieve my goal through my 10,000 steps, healthy eating and not eating mindlessly out of boredom.

I wanted to be between 20-25 and I am now 24! Yeah, Me..
Of course, I am now telling myself I can get to 20 in 3 months. Let’s see…. by April I will get to 20. Lot of work to do, but I can do this.

My BMI right now is 28.3, which puts me in the Overweight category. I would like to be in the Normal category. To get there, I need to lose 20 lbs. So, how am I going to do that?
I’m going to try to eat when I’m hungry, not when I’m bored.
I’m going to try to eat more whole foods and not processed foods.
I’m going to try to get 10,000 steps per day.

Actual BMI 28.4
Objective BMI: 26.9 first and then gradually attain and maintain a BMI of 24.
My first goal will be to lose 10 pounds. It’s going to be hard during this holiday season…

back into the swing of things. running helps pull off the fat! only doing interval running for 30 min a week. will increase to twice a week to see if that helps. yoga is amazing, too.
