somethings went well, some didn’t. i’ve improved my posture a lot by doing physical therapy and i’ve started practicing pilates, which is GREAT!

but anyway, i need to do some exercizing, start practicing some sport! so i better start doing something right now!

Starting to exercise a fair bit over the holidays, and within my service period I will amp it up and aim to achieve the following comfortably:

2.4km run under 11 minutes
8 Pull-ups
50 proper Push-ups
100 proper Sit-ups

well, it was not a good year for this goal. ok, i’ve started physical theraphy but i have not done anything apart from that. next year i’ll try to overcome my laziness and really get fit.

so these are my plans for next year:
  • work out more (or at all)
  • learn to swim
  • find a sport i like and practice it regularly
  • run a 5k

so i think i’ve done pretty good in the last 30 days. i’ve been eating a lot healthier and i’ve joined the gym. althought i’m still doing physiotherapy and i’m forbidden to start working out right now, it’s a huge improvement. i’ll finally be able to fix my posture and send all of the pain away. i feel great.

things that must be done in the next 30 days:

  • have a nice nutritious breakfast
  • fight my stripes and cellullite
  • exercise

that’s gonna be harder than joining the gym. but i really need to do this if i wanna keep living and achieving all of my goals. and i do want that. stop being condescendant.

ok, i haven’t done too much so far, but i’ll join a gym in september and i’m gonna focus a lot more on what i eat for the next 30 days.

and now i’m really intended to get fit. and now it’s not for a stupid image based on the myth of perfect body i used to have. now is for getting really healthier and feel better inside. this is what i’m gonna try:

  • eat healthy, nutritious and balanced meals
  • exercise
  • have a nice nutritious breakfast
  • practice swimming
  • fight my stripes and cellullite
