Maybe the Grand Canyon would be a good choice! But anywhere will do. I just want to spend weeks driving, exploring, and taking pictures. Definitely need to head west.

How to take a cross country road trip
It made me
EPIC.
 "From Washington DC to Washington state."
How I did it: Moved to Seattle and took my best friend along for the drive in my packed-to-the-brim yellow Ford Focus. Couldn't see out the back, so any time we changed lanes, the driver shouted "LANE!" and the passenger would check to make sure the merge was safe. Survived on cheap motels, 89 cent chicken burritos, and "Sassy Back". Lessons & tips: DO NOT STOP AT THE CORN PALACE IN MITCHELL, SD. IT IS NOT MADE OF CORN. Also, if you're aware that your car breaks down periodically, do NOT tell your travel friend before leaving. Makes for much more fun that way.

I’ve always wanted to do this…just not alone. One day I’ll find a group of friends who will say yes to this adventure. If not, I’ll do it with my daughter once she is old enough to appreciate it.

So taking a cross country road trip is something that I’ve wanted to do for a while now, and have recently started planning one with some friends of mine. It looks like this goal should get accomplished by the end of the summer.

Chun is on board, and maybe Tins, but we all know how Tins is. Hanson said yes and then no, and Julia is going to stay home at that time and do resumes. Janet and Kartoony were conspicuously silent. Thank goodness for Chun.
