PolskiJeżUntitled

I wrote down the recipe today for Naleszniki. I actually pretty much knew how to make them. They are very simple, but now they are part of my cookbook, so it’s a start. I’ve really got to get some real recipes in there though. I want the recipe for the tomato soup my first host mom used to make for me. Man was that stuff good! I’m going to visit her soon, so I’ll hopefully remember to ask her how to make it. Peace. :o) 7 years ago

PolskiJeżPolish Food

Okay, my first step is going to be some Polish Recipes. I’m living in Poland for one year, and I have only a month left. I better start asking! 7 years ago

PolskiJeżReally Authentic!

I want to make kind of an International Cookbook, but I want them to be really authentic. For example, when you go to a Chinese restaurant in the U.S., very seldom is it REALLY chinese food. They sort of “Americanize” it to fit with the culture in which it’s being sold. I want my recipes to be authentic! I think the best way of doing this would be to talk to all the people I know, who are natives from other parts of the world, and ask them if they can teach me to cook some stuff. 7 years ago
