I love to play in the rain. When I was young it was never allowed, but since I have been on my own I play in the rain whenever the opportunity is there. But recently I’ve been to busy. But Im definitely gettin back to it. Gotta stay young. The day I think Im too old to play in the rain will be a sad day…

How I did it: One day, I had a lot on my mind, so I took my iPod and went for a walk. About halfway through, it started to pour, so I put on a happy song, and just danced and jumped and laughed my life away. I was soaked, but it was the happiest day. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Simply acted spontaneously and without thinking once on the wettest day of the summer. Took a friend and a basket ball and went to a closed up area at 1 a.m. Played around doing stupid things until we were both so cold and soaked through that we couldn't feel the rain. How I did it: >.>Get up, walk outside, and stand out and just dance in the rain. Watch some lightning, drink the water (unless it's acid rain... then go inside.) and chill out.I've danced in the rain with Randi too. I sang some little songs and in a fine little misty rain taught Randi to swing dance. We'd only been going out for... 6 months or so... and that was one of the best times we've ever had. How I did it: everytime it rains me and my life long best friend turned b/f turned fiance play in the rain. It helps us stay young at heart. ((We are both still just kids at heart and pray we both always will be)) Read how I did it…

I really don’t remember ever playing in the rain. Whenever it rained I always had something important to finish or I was at school. The next time it rains I will run out and dance with my dog, but since its nearing summer, whens the next time its gonna rain? Autumn?
It’s hard to believe I haven’t played in the rain all year. Why is it that I don’t seek people who will play in the rain with me?

The only way to play an awesome game of badmitton is to play in the rain…extra points if you slip in the mud :)
I know this entry sounds like something out of a cheesy movie but you know what? It also sounds really fun. Unfortunately Indiana weather does not really give a lot of play in the rain days where you won’t catch pneumonia.

I have been accepted to the University of Oregon, so I am moving there. Away from one of the dryest places in the country to one of the wettest. maybe then i will get some good playin in the rain time.
I did play in the snow last week though. It was a hoot.
I did this a lot as a child, we grew up in Louisiana and it rained all the time. My sister and I would play on the side of the street in the rain gutter with our toy boats and make little harbors and dams with rocks and sticks. It was wonderful! Really a storybook-like childhood experience. I would encourage every parent to get over the ” but the might catch a cold!” fear and let their kids enjoy this ( when it is reasonably warm, and not lightning), its truly fantastic. I would also encourage the parents to try it once in a while, it is just as fun and refreshing when you are an adult =).
Ny sister came up to my room wet and told me to go outside with her. We went outside and started playing in the rain and splashing each other. Once we had enough, we couldn’t go inside because we didn’t leave towels by the door (we couldn’t go in soaking wet!). We had to wait for half an hour for my mmom to get home.
Me and my Catholic group we played capture the flag in the rain!!! It was awesome! Few of us got sick though…but it was worth it! :D We will remember this for a long time!
