My old blog was just outside the A-list. Hey, I began it in 1999, when there were somewhere between 50 and 100 sites calling themselves weblogs.
This time out, my blog is my business card. I need to build mindshare and goodwill before I get going; I may need help and advice, and the best way to get that is to have it freely given. Blogging may be a completely different animal today, but there’s still a limited number of people working in the business and it’s clearly the communication and community tool of choice.
