At least I can say I’ve laughed my lungs out in an open field . . . alone! It feels wickedly good.

Not necessarily an open field, more like a parking lot.But damn relieving none the less!
Serialdreamer is worried...
the one goal I think I’ll never achieve. But if I do, then I’ll be for ever free of all my demons. It’s my biggest challenge in life.
It’s more than just screaming, it’s a symbol… don’t ask me why it sounds so difficult for me, it just is. And I has a lot to do with letting go.
SkipToTheEnd is having a well deserved break (just until sunday)
This will be especially hard seeing as i live in a big city and the nearest field is probably in Wales.
Worth doing!
Sometimes me and my friends go to Spanish Banks at night and scream at the harbour. It feels so good. I’ve also gone up to Cypress and screamed at the city. And in my car by myself :)
Worth doing!
Screaming is always worth it. I had a really shitty day (my grandmother passed away). I hiked the open field across from my parents’ house and screamed — this was followed by crying and uncontrolled shaking.
I think screaming may be the best way to let out whatever is bothering you. There really are times when you can’t keep everything in.
It also helps when you’re happy. Ever wonder why people scream at sporting events? Because it releases a lot of energy.
Screaming is always worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
