SLEEP IS WHAT I NEED
I’ve never thought of myself as a very athletic person. Now I’m starting to think I’ve never found the right competitor: most others I’ve compared myself to are not really “in my league” (read: as bad off in that dept as I am), and it’s hard motivating myself without some form of competition.
So I raced the sun yesterday. Walking in a park where you might get eaten by coyotes, or possibly raped (if they could ever find you…) after dark sure has its motivators! I’ve never booked it so fast in my life :)
Well, since I’m on scholarship I’m getting quite a pattern in sleeping. Off at 7 am each day, to bed at 10 pm each night. This structure is helping me more than I could ever imagine. I feel so much better now.
What also helps is good food. I know I get tired when i haven’t eaten well. So 3 meals a day for me!
it’s not like the energy is flowing, but it’s not as bad as it has been, so i think i can say i’m making some progress.
i seem to be lacking energy. i have fibromyalgia and i work 8 hour days. when i get home from work, all i want to do is lay around and do nothing. i need help! i get nothing done at home and i never have the energy to go out with my friends!
Worth doing!
I just started working out… it gave me a better sleep schedule and forced me to eat more
