    well it was on a school trip and me, jayne & holly were the only girls there doing windsurfing and we fell off a bunch of times but it was really fun but the day after my arms were like dead they hurt so much! lmao but it was still loads of fun i had a laugh x

    Surfing the wind is a thrill. I would need to improve my strength but I am getting there. It is a tremendous strain on the hands.

    I want to create more space and opportunities for myself in order to do this more often and have the ability to practise loads.
