I did yoga again last night, one week from my last class. Once a week is a start, but I really want to find a way to do it twice a week. It’s hard when I have to fit it in to everyone else in my family’s schedule. 19 months ago

I did yoga on Tuesday, I could really feel that I hadn’t gone in months, but it was a great feeling once it was done! It will be hard to find another opportunity this week with birthdays and everything going on (good excuse), but I will try to get a class in by Sunday. 19 months ago

Week 1 session 1- done! I concentrated on hip openers bc they are always super tight. So much so that bending over to pick stuff off the ground made my back hurt. But now I feel better :) 20 months ago
