    I used to get out to the coast every summer with my friend, but I’ve been landlocked due to lack of money recently. I’d REALLY like to go back to Newfoundland (the last time I saw the sea was way over in BC when I was…christ…17?) or even better get to Europe or South America, which I haven’t been to since I was 16 and, like, 10 respectively. Anyway, I miss the way the ocean makes everything around it feel.

    hopefully it won't be so long until the next time 2 years ago

    Right after Easter , about 6 weeks ago, I made my first trip to the ocean in 6 years. I knew I missed it, but didn’t know how much until I began to cry as I was setting up my tent on the beach. My husband promises I’ll get to go back for my birthday in July…we’ll see, won’t we? :)
