I’ve again started jogging/running and then got into the habit for a couple of weeks and then again I had something that interrupted the habit (this time a cold) and felt too run down to go jogging and out of habit again and put on weight again. I really must get going again and do it regularly. I feel once I’ve been jogging for about 2/3 months on a regular basis it will once again become part of my routine like it was 6 years or so ago. Really have to do it this time. 3 months ago
