I really think yoga will help me in so many ways. I can’t wait to start up again!

Cdngirl2 I'm back!!! Did you miss me?
For over two weeks now I’ve done nothing.
I just got over the flu and now I just feel like a slug because I haven’t exercised in so long.
It’s an icky feeling.
and after 7km of running and 8.9km of cycling I feel much better and definitely much more awake than before. :)
Cdngirl2 I'm back!!! Did you miss me?
I’ve been sick (and before that busy) so this past week hasn’t been the best for my workout goal ~ but considering, I’m alright.
I’ll be back into it by Monday, I’m sure. :)
Started with the David Kirsch Butt & Thighs program today, and gosh, my thighs are on fire now. It better be worth it… ;)
Chel loaded new items to etsy and blog..slowly back on track!
So, in the past year and a half I’ve lost over 80 pounds. A lot of it was going on a very strict diet and eating plan for my diabetes. Well I’ve slid off the path a bit and need to re-focus. I’ve made a goal to lose 20 pounds by the end of June. It may seem unrealistic, but at least it’s a goal. Should I not acheive it, I plan to donate to a local wildlife rescue fund.
Now that the weather has taken a nicer turn, which I hope will continue throughout the month, it’s time to strap on those walking shoes and start anew. I need to start a weight lifting plan to do a little bit of toning to my body (well ok a LOT of toning) and really start making the most of exercise. It’ll only do my body good, no matter how much I’ll whine about it.
Over the next week or two I’ll be re-evluating my goals both on here and irl. It’s time to make a change for the better and place the fat unhealthy me on the shelf for good.
Dreamer~ celebrate, grow and give
I’ve worked out 3 days in a row for an hour each time~
Dreamer~ celebrate, grow and give
This week I’m challenging myself to do at least 5 days /45 minutes of exercise
Sunday- 1 hr of cardio, stretching
Tuesday- 45 minutes of cardio
Feeling Hopeful wonders why the titles of many of my entries lately have been numbers.
I will find out how to use the gym membership that came with my new job, and cancel the one from my old job.
Then I will try to get back into the habit of exercising regularly. My last 2-3 months of graduate school, I became a sporadic exerciser, but I no longer have any excuse not to exercise regularly.
