I can tell that even though I am only doing aerobic exercises right now, I am still getting stronger. I can feel muscles in my arms and core – I was able to carry two flat panel monitors at one time the other day and walk them all the way down the hall at work – with ease. In the past, it would certainly have been a “get the cart” and roll them down the hall event. So much easier to just carry them. Having these strong muscles will help me not be so clumsy and help me live to be over 100. 16 months ago

I found some low impact exercise videos for my iPhone and have been using them a few times a week. I’m not losing any weight :-( – but I can tell that my “wind” and stamina are getting better. Hopefully that means my heart is doing better, too. 21 months ago
