I was in the middle of a move and then I was someone who just moved and now I am someone who can fit this into her daily routine as long as I make myself.

I have done a pilates ab workout at least once a week during the month of January. I am attempting to double that each week for the month of february.
Although I know there are multiple benefits with continuous practice, until I actually see them it is just one more thing I have to do every week.
i’m always on the go; whether it be work, school, exercise, shopping, time with friends. i need to relax and take time to breathe. when i work out, it’s pretty hard core. i try to run atleast 3 miles/3times a week. that can be pretty destructive if your not finding a way to treat your body. so, i want to learn yoga and pilates or yogalates;) my body and mind need balance, strength, and relaxation. i think this will really help me. i just got my sisters yoga mat from her and i’m gonna sign up for a class this week.
