I wasn’t counting for accuracy, but I’m pretty sure I strolled over about two mile’s worth of terrain at the antique show today. It has to count. My aching feet say so.

Walked a half mile at lunch time and a half mile after work.

Today I walked around the block this afternoon – actually stepped away from my desk and went for a little stroll!
I’m trying to get in better shape, but I’m super lazy. My poor dog gets walked about once a month, and she’s a large dog who needs to stretch her legs.
I’m rolling this into my “morning ritual” and “Best Week Ever” goals.
So, not done, not abandoned, but moved.
Doesn’t have to be a long one. But I want to get more excersize, and right now I have days when I don’t even leave the house.
I think I’ll start with the goal of making it as far as my mailbox every day.

Walking on a summer evening is very pleasant, but walking in the dark on a winter evening is less so.
I walk to my office and back most days, but that’s only 15 minutes each way. I should really walk for at least an hour.
I have an audiobook which is 32 hours long! If I were to walk whilst listening to an hour’s worth every day, this could motivate me for a month! I hope it’s a good story.

just walk, whenyou walk you can think about yourself and also do something for your body…so thats a good goal.
