After a couple of weeks of doing this twice a day, I really did start to see an improvement. Then I forgot all about it and lost what muscle tone I had previously gained.
I got the audio track and will make a routine of listening to it on my ipod every day, either in my room at home or in the bathroom stall at work. Having someone yelling at me gives me better motivation to get things done. 3 years ago
