Another inspirational thought presented itself this morning (credit: Elephant Journal).
In summary: “letting it go” is a difficult concept, and one that often does not happen instantaneously. Instead, “look at it” (“it” being an issue, situation, wound, etc). Understand it. Accept it, Love it. Then when “it” is ready, it will leave you. It is all a part of the healing process.

I know firsthand what it is like when one says one thing and acts differently. I have been on the giving and receiving end of this one.
I must listen closely to repeated messages and patterns, and let go of unhealthy ones. I am intrigued why this seems to be so difficult for me, as if there is a lesson I have not yet learned. I must be slow.
My priority now is to keep my own integrity and intentions intact, and to move forward with grace. 1 week ago
