list life's happy moments

- Celebrating my birthday, since I like to keep it going for a while
- The wonderful birthday wishes I have gotten from my 43T friends. I hope that all of you know what a great deal you all mean to me. {{{Hugs to all}}} for making my birthday just that extra special to me :)
- Remembering my father. My son coming home with his benefits package from his job, looking at me with that blank stare. I had a flash back of when I did that to my Dad.
- My friend Emily, her fun, loving spirit is so contagious; we have so much fun when we get together.

- The kid was offered a permenant postion at the printing corporation he has been temping at
- Getting things done this past weekend
- Sleeping well last night :)
- listening to the guys at work chatter

Thank goodness I am numbering them and there is more than just one happy moment. :D
I downloaded some of my pics and last weekend Mr.GS was displaying some of his cooking skills… this is what we had for dinner. marinated pork roast, stuffed with mushrooms, asparagus and asiago cheese cooked on the grill. Can we say yummmmmmmeeeee

You can usually find Mr.GS and I together every other week. During the weeks we are not together he has custody of his kids. We are working our way to being together all the time. Yesterday started the week of having the kids. On the first day of having the kids we normally do not see each other, but yesterday was different.

We were able to spend time together. I try to look at the best part of any situation instead of looking at the negative part. So with that said, I think my postitive side is rubbing off on him. He had had a pretty stressful day and was trying very hard to find all the postives that happened during the day.

Here are more of my list of gratitude:
- thankful that I got to spend some extra time with Mr.GS
- being able to remain calm during stressful moments
- openly communicate with someone from my past about my feelings, realizing how far I have come in the last couple of years
- Talking to and connecting with my girlie friends
- being reminded of my freedoms, from the large picture of where I live all the way down to being thankful that I have the freedom to walk because I have the use of my legs or talk because I have a voice…

- Helping friends out in time of need
- Seren time… always welcomed
- Navigating around without the built up walls
- Wonderful dinner with friends
- Snuggling in rainy cold weather
- :)

my favourite band PAVEMENT are getting back together and touring in 2010, they’ll be over here in March!

- This past weekend we(Mr.GS and I) spent a lot of time with both families
- I got to meet his parents and his nieces and nephew
- His son asking when he would met my son…
- High school football… its ok when it isn’t cold out there
- Sleeping together
- Being told there is ‘no need to be inscure, you are my everything and that will never change’
- Being there for my friends
- Getting back in the groove of exercise(the body is talking back)

- Meeting Mr.GS’s youngest :) and all going well
- Being there when he needed me
- Scheduling all my vacation time till the end of the year
- Having my mammogram (boobie smoosh) today and alls well
- After having moved a few months ago, I am pretty much unpacked
- Trying to find my creat…tiv…ity, I was able to walk around the fabric store… :P
