might have set the bar a little high for this goal so I am gonna change it from working out every two days, to, doing something active at least once a week. This week I took the stairs up and down with my supplies when working, instead of the elevator. Its small, but its a start, and it doesn’t make me feel over whelmed.

missed a couple of gym days, but the weather was awesome for this time of year, so I was out and about using the leg power. I swear that when I work out Im sweating out nicotine, my sweat makes my skin itch, like the patch did, this cooling, tingling, and itchy feeling. Does anyone know if Im actually sweating out nicotine?
was going to the gym today before work but when I got down there the door was still locked :(
to be hard on myself I don’t count being at work (though I am a house cleaner) as being physical.

and i skipped one time in the gym, but to make up for the lack of gym on sat… I wasn’t in the head space to go to the gym , I went for a walk, to no place in partilcular, went about 20 blocks then turned back and came home. It was a nice switch up from the gym. Maybe Ill do 3 times in the gym and one outdoor work out, then back to the gym for 3, keeps it interesting and allows me to actually notice the effects of my gym time.

I know this this is a general goal that can be applied to alot of things in my life, thats prolly why I picked it. Before I get myself all stressed out about this for its far reaching potential I am just gonna pick a place to start. On a side note; I am working on goals to quit smoking and to stop drinking (booze) for a month. That being said, on here I will start with physical activity.
Oh I used to be a fairly fit person, what with the busing daily, and pretty much always owning a bike. Nowadays I own no bike, live in an apartment, and have a vehicle. Needless to say my engery has gone way down.
I have never been very interested in food,I was born 3 months premature so it goes way beyond being a picky eater, and since I moved from my parents house my choices in this regard are getting worse and worse. I still eat fairly healthy food, (I despise the smell of food cooking indoors, so lots of raw foods and liquids for me) and by healthy Im really just saying I rarely eat fast food and just in the last year of so have become ok with the idea of sit down restaurants.
Im hoping that working out will help my appetite grow so that food isn’t such a hindrance to my day. There’s a gym in my building and I have gone every two days for the last week. Today is a go day so when I am done on here its working out for me :D
switzerland has realized what a difference confidence makes.
well, i have decided that along with jogging to get in shape, i need to make healthier decisions about things. ie, my eating habits. stop eating when i’m bored, and when i am hungry, to eat more fruit and cereal rather than chips. drinking milk and water instead of pop. i’m now limiting myself to one can of pop a day.
instead of eating at the local pizza and fry places every day, now i’m only allowing myself twice a week instead. maybe once, if i can think of more portable lunches.
so with a combination of these things, hopefully i can start being healthier. and make it a habit, so i can stay this way.
secondly, i need to make a habit of better positive thinking! i DO NOT need to lose weight! i AM beautiful! that’s healthier too. (:
