Odi10 Fingers Typing
Since when getting familiar with computers I didn’t learn it in a proper way no I am not able to type with 10 fingers without looking at the keyboard.
I am a computer science student and I spent lots of my time in front of my laptop and it doesn’t look professional at all when you look at the keyboard while typing.

How I did it: I kept practicing. Practice, practice,practice. I even draw up a keyboard in my notebook, so I could get my practice on away from my computer.
Setting aside a special time to practice was important for me because I didn't want to mix practice time with the time I general spent on the computer because that made it feel frustrating (ex. typing in a search on google while doing my chemistry studies was really slow and stressful) .

We all have good days and bad days, but for a while now I have been able to type without looking at my hands, so I think I’ve finally got it! When I’m really tired it’s harder, but for the most part, I can do it. I still sort of glance down every once in a while out of habit, but if I force myself to look at the screen I’m still fine :) Yay! 2 years ago
