i think you didn’t eat or eat less your supper is a good way to loose weight, and also you can keep a good health, but if you want to eat something, you must be eat the supper before 7:00p.m.
How I did it: I didnt do any certain diet, i just ate the same of everything, but less. umm i excersised..during the time of losing weight, i just got this great burst of energy every day!
people say its discouraging because it takes so long, but if youre young, it comes off pretty fast. things like cutting off pop, even diet pop, will make you drop 5 pounds fast..drank alot of water, and went for a little jog everyday..sometimes its hard when you start dieting to go jogging, so just walk, and graduallly increase your pace, then eventually you will get to jogging..i lost 45 pounds, went from size 18 to size 7/8..i still have about 10 more pounds to reach my goal, but as of right now, im only 5 pounds overweight for my age and height. :D eeeekk

running in the evening;
jump ropes;
frog jump;
do ‘public’ machines;
do power exersise;

i have been with my husband for 6 years and sex well i have no sex drives and it is boring to me help
I have gotten hooked on doughnuts. I eat them all the time. I crave them so bad. I never use to want sugar but not I can not seem to get enough sugar. If I can not get a doughnut then I will sit and eat bread with lots of jelly on it. I do not seem to want anything to eat if it is not full of sugar. I fix good meals then do not eat them or feel like I have not eaten until I get that sugar fix. Yes, I am putting on the pounds and I do not like that part of the sugar habit.
I REALLY need to lose weight. I’ve always been over weight. I feel like total crap about myself all the time. I just had a baby and I gained 80 lbs. Which made my weight just sky rocket. I find myself not only crying over it but, I think its hurting my relationship and the things that I can do in the future with my child. I just never have any energy! I thought maybe If I could find someone on here that wanted to lose weight. It would give me more motivation!If anyone could give me a ideas on how to lose weight. I’d like to lose about 100 lbs. I lost weight after I had my little girl. I had put on alot of weight since I left school mainly because I drank beer and ate loads from getting stoned. But after I had my daughter I decided I wasn’t happy with my figure and went on a major diet. I probably got abit obssessed with it but I’m glad I did it becase I feel so much better about myself now. Nowadays, I don’t really diet, just watch what I eat. If I have a fatty day one day I’ll make sure I eat proper healthy for the next couple of days.
