i feel like creation is a key to living life to the fullest. a key that i’m completely missing out on.
How I did it: I bought a apron pattern from the craft store and found a very cute McCalls pattern. I had sewn up clothing with holes before, but I have never created my own garment. I bought a simple cotton fabric and a coordinating thread. Tedious cutting, sewing, and pressing later and I have an apron that actually looks like an apron! I couldn't be prouder!

and it works. My almost-former employer, who is technically challenged even loves it. I didn’t give her access for 8 months or so because i was fearful she would wreck it. But now that I’m leaving, I had to train her on how to use it and she loves it.
