Sometimes I feel like the opportunity doesn’t arise. Someone already feels good about themself, or I don’t run into anyone/an opportunity to do this.
Ideas:
Send a card to someone just to say hi.
Compliment someone on something.
Ask someone how their day is and really listen to their answer.
Always say thank you.

I find that making someone else feel good about themself pays back to you tenfold.

I dropped a book on campus during the first week of the uni year. Someone found it and then journalled it on the internet. She mentioned that she was a new PhD student and was feeling a bit lonely til she found the book I’d released. Through the private messaging I thanked her for her message and said that I’d be happy to meet for a coffee on campus if she needed a buddy. We met and chatted for hours. It was great!!
I feel like I’m getting the hang of this goal!
