I’ve not finished it and haven’t worked on it much. Right now I just have one movie from my list, but I have made a list on bestoflists and I figure it makes more sense to work on this there than to keep it on here because it could take a while to purchase all of these movies. Plus, it’s easier to list the movies there and to check them all off as I get them. So, I made a list of Mermaid and related movies over there. Feel free to suggest movies for me to add on my list. 5 years ago

The listofbests has product lists. Why don’t I make my “Mermaid Movies” list there and then check it off as I get them? It’s easier than writing it here in little posts. I’m going to do this. I also want the list to include RELATED movies with mermaid scenes and also movies with Selkies because they’re sorta like mermaids…..sort of….and well, I like em anyways. 5 years ago

But I never got around to it. Actually, at the moment, the only mermaid movie I have is called “She Creature.” As cheesey as it sounds, I rather like it. I definetly want the Hans Christian Anderson based Little Mermaid movie in my collection. I believe it was one of the first ways I was ever introduced to mermaids. I also want Disney’s version of The Little Mermaid and while it isn’t centered around (a) mermaid(s), I want Robin William’s Peter Pan movie, which does have a mer-scene and was possibly the first time I’d ever seen mermaids sexualized on t.v. I also want Mermaid in a Manhole. It has a rather unusual plot and although somewhat unnecessarily gross, I think it may be oddly touching. I have yet to watch “Mermaid in a Manhole,” but I know the story line somewhat. So let’s see, so far that is:

1. She Creature- got it
2. Little Mermaid (darker version)
3. Little Mermaid (Disney Version)
4. Peter Pan ft. Robin Williams
5. Mermaid in a Manhole

That’s 5 on the list so far, but I know there are many more, which I will list later. I need to amass a large list, figure out which movies I want the most, and then purchase those first. My collection may never be exactly closed to business, but I should know when it’s close to complete. 5 years ago
