I saw a bit on the local news about a woman who works in a convenience store. When the store was slow she would go outside and use her hoola hoop, she lost a bunch of weight – like 100 lbs. I don’t need to lose that much, but it looks like a fun way to lose some weight.

Tried for a bit at lunch time. I have no idea how this works.
Well, that’s a lie… I understand about sort-of moving in the opposite way to the hoop… or at least leading it. But keeping it up… dunno.
I have until Thursday night to learn this.
My lady went away on business, and I said that while I was at a loose end while she’s away, I’d probably learn to hoola hoop.
But now I need to follow through with my stupid statement to prove that I don’t say things I don’t mean. I have a hoop and no ability whatsoever.

I don’t really know why I want to do this. I have 2 hoola hoops sitting around my house that I bought from an opp shop. I guess it just seemed like a goal that wouldn’t be too hard and I could actually mark off my list sometime soon. Maybe it will inspire me to work on some of my more difficult ones
I just learned to hoola hoop the funniest way ever two weeks ago. My whole life I could never hoola hoop…If I did I always do it from left to right and it last for two seconds. Then two weeks ago I went to my friends suite, I was waiting for her to get dressed she told me if I get bored to hoola hoop and I told her I can’t hoola hoop. She told me to try it so I did it from left to right didn’t work then she said well go the other way. So I did…guess what I hoola hooped…who knew if I went from right to left I could hoola hoop…but I can’t hoola hoop the other way still..lol
